The Caffè Parma Concept

Caffè Parma opened in 2015, since our opening we are proud to have become part of the Hyndland community.

Our terrace is the perfect spot for a glass of wine or beer in the sun whilst watching the tennis at the Western Tennis Club.

Caffè Parma’s famous Cicchetti (Venetian style tapas) are great as a sharing starter or as light bite at the bar enjoyed with a glass of prosecco.

We are open early 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are also busy in the afternoon for a late lunch or a coffee and cake.

From the Parma province in Northern Italy

Our Philosophy

The Giovanazzi family hails from the beautiful village of Borgotaro in the province of Parma, Northern Italy. Caffe Parma embodies the gastronomic heritage of Northern Italy with an eye on contemporary Italian food, drink and socialable dining.

In 1991 Angelo and his family opened Paperino’s pizzeria on Sauchiehall Street and in 2005 Stefano opened Paperino’s in Glasgow’s west end – a venue which has become a firm favourite with locals receiving great reviews for it’s ‘no nonsense’ delicious pizza and pasta dishes with its pizza claimed to be ‘the best in town!’.

In 2015 with nod to its gastronomic heritage and an eye on contemporary Italian food, drink and style, Caffè Parma was opened. Today Stefano remains as dedicated to creating delicious Italian cuisine as his father was many years ago, launching his newest venture – Caffè Parma.
